Vaktai is one of the many mahajanapadas that dot the storied region of the Cradle in the Impossible Kingdoms of Vudra. Located on the coastline of the Embaral Ocean at the southern end of the Cradle, the city of Vaktai is controlled by rakshasas.1
The rakshasas of Vaktai are also well-connected traders of luxury goods in the High Bluff district of Radripal.2
