Mahajanapada
The land of Vudra in Casmaron is divided into over a hundred semi-independent kingdoms called mahajanapadas. Each is ruled by a rajah. The rajahs all serve the maharajah.1
Additionally, at a higher level, the land of Vudra is divided into nine regions; each region contains many mahajanapadas.2
