Malacoda—whose name means "Bad Tail"1—is considered to be the most monstrous of the diabolic ranks of the malebranche, and is said to have conquered eight worlds.2

Malacoda is said to count many powerful politicians on Golarion as worshippers. One of the most prominent of them was the now-deceased Korvosan queen Domina Arabasti.34
