Zaebos is a mighty infernal duke who sees the world as his own. Like an idle nobleman, he takes what he wants and does what he pleases to sate his boredom.123
Cult of Zaebos
Zaebos is worshipped by the vampires of Caliphas, the capital of Ustalav, who have built a cathedral to the infernal duke in the Vampire Underground.4 His followers practice mortification.5
