Yarelle Towsine is a hedge wizard who lives in the hamlet of Cascina in Meratt County, Taldor. Yarelle is a distant cousin of the more prominent Voinum family who rule the Voinum Barony and Voinaris. As a youth, Yarelle ran off to cosmopolitan Oppara to study the arcane arts but found the city too expensive and that she missed her countryside home. Now she sells her spells to locals for a modest fee, one she will sometimes waive due to her good-hearted nature.1
