Felsha is a resident of the impoverished New Towne, a run-down, squatter-like settlement in the Meratt County region of northern Taldor. Felsha is a vocal advocate for the forgotten people of New Towne, advocating on their behalf to anyone who will listen from the aristocrats of House Lotheed all the way to the bandits of the Beggarwood. Felsha is something of an upstart, an adventurer from Cassomir who was attacked by unknown assailants near New Towne and then nursed back to health by one of its residents.
