Kholerus is a nascent demon lord who is imprisoned in the Lake of Mists and Veils in Brevoy. He is said to once have been a general of Deskari, or possibly his son. He was imprisoned by the combined magic of Aroden and Seralia approximately a century before Aroden's death.123
Worshipers of Iomedae in Egede annually mark Aroden's driving of Kholerus and his demonic hordes into the lake as an all-day jubilee known as Drowning Day.3
