Kovalarue was a demon lord who was killed by Nocticula. The demon lord's corpse formed one of the smaller Midnight Isles following this demise, that is now also called Kovalarue.

Having been killed by Nocticula, this demon lord's quasi-soul is trapped within the Midnight Isles instead of the Rift of Repose.
