The Council of Defenders is the ruling council of the small town of Trunau in the Hold of Belkzen. The six members of the council are chosen from the people every two years. One of the six councilors holds the title of Chief Defender who has the final say in all matters relating to the town's safety. The current Chief Defender is Halgra of the Blackened Blades.
