This article covers a term or subject that is relevant to the Pathfinder campaign setting only in the context of Pathfinder Second Edition or Pathfinder Lost Omens.

Focus magic refers to magic granted by a specific source, such as a deity, a witch's patron, or a sorcerer's bloodline. Spells of focus magic are called focus spells.

Focus magic draws on the spellcaster's focus of study, and given proper training even those whose class or nature does not grant them spellcasting of a magical tradition can still cast focus spells specific to their studies.1
