4714 AR in conflicts

• In the autumn of this year, Molthune attempts a surprise attack on its enemy, Nirmathas, by sending forces secretly through the Bloodsworn Vale. To aid their deception, they ally with Nidal. However, the plan is thwarted when the Korvosan garrison at Fort Thorn makes a stand forcing the Molthuni to besiege the fort.
• Cambions allied to Treerazer assassinate the Calistrian High Priest Rekaereil Sandurei of Imvrildara and steal his body away before any help arrives.
• Pharaoh Hakotep I of Osirion returns from the dead and attempts to retake his throne, but is narrowly defeated. His flying pyramids come crashing down across Osirion, causing significant damage to several urban areas.
• Pathfinders defeat a trio of ninsat nindorus plaguing samsarans in Tianjing. As they are slain, the creatures chant claims near many-mouthed statues that Sigek, the man claimed in stories to have created the first nindorus, would be reborn. The Pathfinder Society claims the statues and secures them in the Lantern Lodge of Goka.

• The final prophesy from the Book of 1,000 Whispers is set to occur in this year. The Harbingers of Fate of Absalom work hard to make sure that it will.
• The Abyssally tainted Fiendslair, one of the Towers of the Fiendlorn located in the Umbral Basin of Nidal, is briefly opened by an expedition that ends disastrously and leaves the rest of the structure unexplored.
• Nigel Aldain deploys a shadow obelisk to warp the Blakros Museum interior dimensionally, making it larger on the inside than the outside.
