Inner Court
The Inner Court is located in Pharasma's Court in the Boneyard. It surrounds Pharasma's Palace in a collection of plazas and solemn granite forums.
In situations where souls do not naturally gravitate toward a specific plane (a frequent occurrence) the Inner Court is where interested parties convene to debate the ultimate destiny of the deceased. The arguments are heated, but very rarely result in violence.1
Believers of false gods are destined for the Inner Court where their ultimate fate is decided.2
