The Bureau of Special Affairs is an organisation fundamentally shrouded in mystery. It is based in the Whiteshaw Building in central Caliphas alongside the city's police, the Department of Constables and Investigators, but its actual function is concealed from the general public behind a veil of secrecy. What is known is that the Bureau of Special Affairs is led day-to-day by Mirakas Vashalnt who only answers to Diauden whom, in turn, is a special advisor to Prince Aduard Ordranti III.
