Captain Almira "Cardinal" Perine is a captain of the Ustalavic Navy who is based out of Castle Golbanze in the city of Caliphas. She serves beneath Admiral Marris Riddian and her duties are to protect the people of Caliphas and all those who live along Ustalav's coast from pirates and aquatic monsters from Lake Encarthan, as well as dealing with the occasional raider from nearby Razmiran.
