Seleis Savoisi runs the teahouse Mists and Dreams and is known to the other residents of Caliphas as "Tidadimara", the exotic fortune teller from distant Vudra, but this is a ruse. In truth, Seleis does not have a drop of Vudrani blood in her, as she is a Varisian from the city of Magnimar, not distant Bannaquet as she claims. She maintains this ruse using a variety of fake props.
