Mists and Dreams

The smell of spices from distant lands dominates the teahouse of Mists and Dreams evoking the exotic atmosphere of distant Vudra. In truth, this is a scam: the owner goes by the exotic name "Tidadimara" but does not have a drop of Vudrani blood in her. Tidadimara's real name is Seleis Savoisi and she is a Varisian from Magnimar. The whole atmosphere of Mists and Dreams is designed to help Seleis keep up her ruse of being a Vudrani fortune teller: the "naga" displayed above the bar area is an elaborate ruse, and her exotic teas are just strange blends of regular teas.1
