Kalavakus

A kalavakus demon, also known as a horned demon or slaver demon, is a muscular, bipedal creature with massive horn-like protuberances erupting from its forehead, lower arms, fingers and toes. They are formed from the souls of slavers and often employed in a similar capacity in the Outer Rifts.1[citation needed]
