Black Circus

The Black Circus is a large arena that is home to all sorts of violent entertainments that serves the slaver city of Okeno in Katapesh. The Black Circus puts on a show every week of the year; it also hosts many major religious and cultural festivals. For the most part, however, the Black Circus's entertainment tends towards violent and bloody spectacles. The Black Circus is currently run by the cambion necromancer Ictarias, who is always searching for fresh meat to pit against each other in fierce combat on the arena's floor. As such, Ictarias can frequently be found roaming Okeno's Fleshfair looking for new slaves to sate the Black Circus's endless hunger for violence.
