Slaver's Vault

Slaver's Vault is the second largest temple devoted to Abadar in all of the trade-loving nation of Katapesh, and it is the largest in Okeno. Slaver's Vault consists of a large but comparatively squat marble building with a single huge tower rising from it's heart. The interior is centred around a cavernous central area in which hangs a magnificent, colossal golden candelabrum valued at forty thousand gold pieces. Unbeknownst to everyone this candelabrum is actually an incredible forgery. The original candelabrum was actually stolen over three hundred years ago by the master thief Pherkad.

The current high priest of Slaver's Vault is Justice Hanbal, who sits as the appointed representative of Abadar on most criminal matters. Harsh and humourless, despite his position in the villainous den of criminality that is Okeno Justice Hanbal takes his position extremely seriously.
