Ratstails

Ratstails is the largest gambling den in all Okeno, its ramshackle bulk made up of the remains of ruined ships. Despite its shoddy appearance Ratstails has made it owner, the wererat Ritheeri Halmas, the richest person in Okeno and a major player in its political landscape. Leaning out over the water of the Yellow Harbor as part of Ships' Graveyard, Ratstails has hundreds of signs pointing the way to it across Okeno. Beyond the usual games of chance, Ratstails also offer uniquely sadistic games and bets that appeal to Okeno's more vicious kholo inhabitants, but they are careful never to cross into the violent combat matches offered by the Black Circus.
