Zahwah Tubaa is the daughter of Falak Tubaa, the most gifted shipwright in all Okeno. Zahwah is currently being held hostage by a group of local kholo slavers who blackmail Falak into sabotaging the ships she works on so that the kholo can board them out at sea, enslaving their crew for sale at the Fleshfairs.
