Shipyard (Okeno)

The Shipyard is the city of Okeno's premier facility for repairing and enhancing ships that visit the slaver port.

The Shipyard is located below the raised timbers of the Ships' Graveyard, and is owned and run by Falak Tubaa, who is considered the city's most gifted shipwright. While Falak is a gifted ship builder, unbeknownst to her customers, her daughter Zahwah Tubaa is held hostage by local kholo slavers. These kholo sometimes ask Falak to sabotage a ship she is working on, in order to allow the slavers to ambush the sabotaged ship and enslave anyone they can capture alive.
