Stern

The Stern is an upmarket section of The Fleet, one of Golarion's most flea-ridden and vile gambling dens that can be found in the slaver city of Okeno. The Stern is a much more refined area of The Fleet, accessible only to high end gamblers. The Fleet's owner Admiral Dziban Menkent frequently can be found within The Stern.
