Harbor District (Okeno)

The Harbor District is the oldest part of the slaver city of Okeno in Katapesh. The district encompasses not only the docks but also the small area of flat land that stretches back from the rocky shoreline.

The Harbor District is split between two areas, the Yellow Harbor in the southeast which served as Okeno's original slave dock, and the decrepit New Dock to the southwest. This district is at its tightest where it crosses the Shipyard, being just more than sixty feet wide.

The Harbor District is packed with expensive entertainment venues that cater to the more violent tastes of Okeno's slaver visitors. These entertainments are matched in ferocity by the female kholo who form the district's militia, and are smarter and more vicious than most kholo.
