Falak Tubaa

Falak Tubaa is the most gifted shipwright in all Okeno, providing repairs and improvements to the various slaver ships that visit the port. Unbeknownst to her customers, kholo slavers hold Falak's daughter Zahwah hostage. Using Zahwah as leverage, these kholo slavers occasionally force Falak to sabotage one of the ships she is working on, allowing the slavers to later board the sabotaged ship and capture the crew to sell them in Okeno's Fleshfairs.¹
