Pherkad was a master thief who was able to steal the immense and valuable candelabrum that sits at the heart of the temple known as Slaver's Vault in Okeno. Pherkad was able to replace the stolen candelabrum (valued at approximately forty thousand gold pieces) with a forgery so good that it hasn't been detected in the over three hundred years since it was stolen.
