Pherkad was a master thief who was able to steal the immense and valuable candelabrum that sat at the heart of the Slaver's Vault Abadarian temple in Okeno. Pherkad was able to replace the stolen candelabrum (valued at approximately 40,000 gold pieces) with a forgery so good that it has never been detected in the over 300 years since it was stolen.
