Niharo, along with his sister Owayu, is one of two priests that serve at the Shrine of Thaffaar in the slaver city of Okeno. Niharo and Owayu are both Tian and are known to be rather feisty and argumentative. The Shrine of Thaffaar is Okeno's most popular temple. It is devoted to Gozreh, as is Niharo, and he is popular with his congregation due to his willingness to bless any vessel that docks at the sinister port.1
