The small port towns of East Rikkan and Westpool, located north of Westcrown in Cheliax, are known collectively as the Rikkan Ports. These settlements house large numbers of merchants who trade goods up and down the River Adivian, and as of 4709 AR (prior to the abolition of slavery in Cheliax) also housed the numerous slaves required to operate the Stavian Arches and portage stations. Although Westpool is larger, East Rikkan has more docks for fishermen and travelers.
