Head Initiate
Head Initiate Janira Gavix.
As of 4723 AR, the Head Initiate is a newly created position in the Pathfinder Society staffed by Janira Gavix that is dedicated to helping fledgling Pathfinders thrive at the Grand Lodge.1
The Head Initiate is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition from student to field agent, and managing aspects of initiate life not directly related to their training with the Schools of Spells, Scrolls, and Swords.23
