Sascha Antif-Arah is a shopkeeper and retired Pathfinder who once hailed from Korvosa, Varisia, but was later relocated to Andoran to protect her from Hellknight persecution. She is also believed to have been a romantic paramour of famed Pathfinder Eando Kline.1
Appearance
Antif-Arah is a dark-haired, middle-aged human woman with a prominent scar over her left eye.2
Background
After a successful career as a Pathfinder, Antif-Arah retired from the Pathfinder Society prior to 4707 AR to become keeper of a weapons shop in Korvosa and associate of the Society's Qadiran faction.3 Soon after her retirement, however, she and her companions discovered, defeated, and claimed the covert hoard of a cult of Zon-Kuthon located in Korvosa's Vaults.4
In Erastus of 4707 AR, she was apprehended by Hellknights of the Order of the Nail in Korvosa while in the company of Eando Kline and imprisoned in Citadel Vraid.345 Kline, unaware, believed she had been killed and was haunted by the thought of her death for years;6789 in truth, she remained imprisoned for five years before being freed in 4713 AR by Pathfinders seeking information on the disappearance of Zarta Dralneen.3410
Unable to return to Korvosa due to a bounty placed on her by Hellknights, she relinquished her secret vault to the Society later in 4713 AR in hopes that Pathfinders would recover a sentimental locket indicative of a potential past relationship with Kline.4 After the contents of her vault were recovered, the Society relocated Antif-Arah to Andoran for her protection, where she opened a new weapons shop.11 Kline would not learn that she was alive until Pathfinders located him hiding in Azir in 4714 AR.12
Possessions
