Tolbau
Tolbau is a small hamlet in the Ustalavic county of Ulcazar that is located near to the larger settlement of Hyannis in Versex. Tolbau is most famous for being the first place where the occult anomaly known as Herald's Fall manifested in 3944 AR. The manifestation of Herald's Fall warped Tolbau, and for a full day the hamlet was engulfed in an enormous fog bank, black rain fell from the sky, day turned to night, and Tolbau's buildings assumed the forms of terrifying beasts. During this fateful day, several villagers disappeared and were never seen again.1
