Mixed ancestry is a blanket term for humanoids whose parentage is of multiple ancestries. In the Inner Sea region, the most common examples are aiuvarins (people of elven descent) and dromaars (of orc descent).1 Most, though not all, are the children of a human and another ancestry.23

The Pathfinder Second Edition Remaster Project introduced mixed ancestries in Player Core and GM Core, which are explicitly not limited to human progenitors.
