Girtablilus are a half-humanoid, half-scorpion race, indeed sometimes referred to as scorpionfolk, that are zealous guardians.1

On Golarion

Tribes of girtablilus live in the Osirian Desert, including the lost tribe of Oszoxon in the Underdunes2 and roving bands in the Parched Dunes.3 In Qadira girtablilus haunt the depths of the Meraz Desert, particularly around the ruins of Qumarin.4
