Blood Fountain

The Blood Fountain is a Ghol-Gan ruin on the island of Dahak's Tooth in the Shackles. A magical cistern stands at the center of the ancient ruined settlement. The cistern appears to be fully functional, save that red, bilious liquid constantly pours from it, seeping into the ground around it and ensuring that no flora grows there.1
