Culp's Menagerie.
Culp's Menagerie is an island located south of Widowmaker Isle in the Shackles. It is named for the pirate and amateur zoologist Bregadie Culp, whose galleon the Scarlet Skies was sank some unknown time ago off Tempest Cay.1
Culp had employed tengu as zookeepers for a menagerie of exotic animals she had collected on the island. After her ship sank, the tengu abandoned the animals, leaving nature to create a highly unusual, crossbred ecosystem.1
