Vezhnu
Vezhnu is a small town on the shore of Rampore Isles in the Shackles. Large herds of livestock graze in the plains surrounding the town, and several slaughterhouses are arranged on the shore. The excess blood from the slaughterhouses drains into the ocean, attracting ravenous sharks.
The Docks of Chastening are used for the punishment, which entails lashings on the docks and—for more serious crimes—being repeatedly dipped beneath the shark-infested waves until the beasts consume the victims.1
