Darguro Plate is a flat, expansive rock south of the Bag Island and north of the Motaku Isle in the Shackles. Few know that the soaring Plate is actually hollow, with an entrance well beneath the surface of the water. Within, a floating globe of fluorescent blue light hovers near the top of the vast chamber, and soaring walls coated with magical crystals bounce the orb's light throughout the chamber. Those who tried to remove the orb burnt their flesh. Sages of the Shackles believe that the stony hall have once been the meditation chamber of some aquatic race.
