Hangman's Harbor is a village along the Sellen River in Taldor, north of Cassomir. The village is located between the Sellen and a large granite cliff, and it covers not only the riverfront but the top of the cliff, and the cliff itself. Some of its buildings jut out over the water, some are wedged onto narrow ledges, and some are carved directly into the cliff face. Because of the lack of flat land, the village is very built up, with individual buildings often being shared by multiple businesses. The mayor's house boasts an ominous noose that prominently hangs over the river. The town is home to a tavern called The Hanging Bottle.1
