Tregan is a small town[1] on the border of Taldor and Galt,[2] and is renowned as a refuge for Galtan refugees of the Red Revolution, who make up a fair percentage of the population.[3]
Among the town's businesses is the Hornet's Nest tavern, owned by the bard Vallyn.[4]

Plague of Shadows clearly put Tregan in Taldor on the border with Galt as a place for Galtan refugees to live; see Plague of Shadows/Index; The Inner Sea World Guide 70 & 72 (map) put Tregan in Galt. In 2017, Taldor, the First Empire 29 cleared up the dispute revealing the nature of the conflict between the two countries.
