Moda Prefecture is one of the 14 political divisions of the nation of Taldor, and its southwesternmost prefecture. Located on the Inner Sea, Moda Prefecture contains the Western Rushing Marches, the port city of Golsifar and the towns of Merciful Bay and Railford. The region's ruler is Grand Duke Nestor Delriddia.12
