Merciless Cliffs

The Merciless Cliffs run along much of the city of Korvosa's western border along the district known as The Heights, where the city meets the waters of the Conqueror's Bay.¹ The surf below the Merciless Cliffs is choppy, relentlessly wearing away at the cliff's base, which is of particular threat to The Overlook, a tavern perched precariously close to the clifftop.² At the northernmost tip of the Merciless Cliffs can be found the Great Tower, one of Korvosa's tallest landmarks.³
