Merciless Cliffs

The Merciless Cliffs run along much of the city of Korvosa's western border along the district known as the Heights, where the city meets the waters of Conqueror's Bay. The choppy surf below the Merciless Cliffs relentlessly wears away at the cliff's base, which is of particular threat to the Overlook, a tavern perched precariously close to the clifftop. The Great Tower, one of Korvosa's tallest landmarks, is located at the northernmost tip of the Merciless Cliffs.
