House of Truth and Clarity
The House of Truth and Clarity is Kintargo's first courthouse, and its site in Old Kintargo was a centre of justice for the early city.1
History
The courthouse was sealed off, boarded up, and abandoned after the rise to power of Lord-Mayor Barzillai Thrune, who favoured using the Temple of Asmodeus as his courthouse. While the House of Truth and Clarity was closed, executions and excruciations became the norm.1
After the Silver Ravens overthrew Barzillai in the Kintargan Rebellion and established Ravounel as an independent nation, one of the first public acts by the newly established Silver Council was to reopen the House of Truth and Clarity.23
