Fair Fortune Livery
The Fair Fortune Livery is a horse stable in the Redroof neighborhood of Kintargo, Ravounel. As of 4715 AR it had been abandoned and fallen into disrepair,1 but by 4724 AR it had been recently reopened by the Delronge family.2
History
The livery stables were a slaughterhouse until the now-deceased Juliac family repurposed the building. They insisted that they would make their fortunes from the care of animals instead of their deaths.1
As of 4715 AR, discordant music was sometimes heard from the abandoned building, leading some to believe that was haunted.3
Its reopening by House Delronge at some time recent to 4724 AR signaled the family's attempts to invest in Kintargo after a long period of stubborn loyalty to House Thrune.2
