Zachrin Vhast
As of 4724 AR Zachrin Vhast was the high priest of Songbird Hall, a temple devoted to Shelyn in the city of Kintargo, a role he1 held since at least 4715 AR.23
Background
Under Chelaxian rule, Songbird Hall was the only good-aligned temple openly allowed in the city prior to the Kintargan Rebellion. As high priest, Vhast walked a delicate line between trying to mitigate the tyrannical Thrune control of the city and pacifying the often violent rebels who opposed it.
The efforts of Vhast's congregation helped to maintain Kintargo's tradition as a haven for artists and creativity even with Cheliax's devil-backed leaders, but this meant advocating against outright rebellion and the inevitable bloodshed it would bring. Still, this is an easy life compared to Vhast's previous role performing illegal Shelyn-blessed marriages in shadowy Nidal, where being caught would have meant death.23
After the Kintargan Rebellion, Vhast remained high priest and also took on management of the Kintargo Opera House. While he is perceived as a rising prospect to become Kintargo's next lord-mayor, Vhast himself vociferously rebuts any such rumors.4
