As of 4715 AR, Ilsani Aberveen was an armiger of the Hellknight Order of the Torrent in Kintargo, then a city in the Archduchy of Ravounel in Cheliax. Armiger Aberveen was one of four armigers arrested and imprisoned by newly installed Lord-Mayor Barzillai Thrune after the Night of Ashes in 4715 AR.
