Since at least 4715 AR and as of 4724 AR, Kohl Draksitus has run Vashnarstill Shipyard, the largest and most reliable shipyard and dockyard in Kintargo, Ravounel.

In 4715 AR, Draksitus' most significant concerns were the stiff competition from new yards in the rival Chelaxian cites of Westcrown and Corentyn. Her more recent struggles, however, are the result of keeping up with the demands of Sendi Vashnarstill, whose ambitions to make Kintargo a hub of trade with the distant continent of Arcadia are taxing the shipyard's capacity.
