As of 4715 AR, Luculla Gens was the changeling owner of Sweet Tooth in Old Kintargo. She led a double life as both the sweet-natured owner of her confectionery shop and as the leader of Kintargo's cult of Mahathallah. The fate of her and her shop after the Ruby Massacre and Kintargan Rebellion of 4716 AR are unknown.

Appearance

Luculla had dark hair, and was young and looked rather frail. When posing as a good-natured shopkeeper, Luculla hid her changeling nature and pretended to be a regular human. She covered one of her heterochromatic eyes with an eye patch and claimed that she lost it after a beating from her wicked stepfather, and always wore leather gloves to cover her claw-like nails. As a shopkeeper, Luculla dressed humbly to avoid drawing attention, but as a cult leader she wore a distinctive amber and jade face mask.

Personality

Luculla was flirtatious and a regular patron at the adjacent Tooth and Nail tavern, befriending its proprietor Setrona Sabinus, who remained unaware of her activities until after the Ruby Massacre. However, her behavior was a front to cover her nefarious activities as a cult leader. She ruthlessly employed foul creatures, including a faceless stalker and a summoned bearded devil. Luculla preferred to kidnap victims on the cusp of adulthood and sacrifice them on the birthday in which they would have flourished into full adulthood.
