Ravzee leads the Kintargan thieves' band known as the River Talons, which are based around the Silver Span.12 He is a tengu, as is the rest of his thieves' crew, despite tengu being somewhat rare in the city. The River Talons have never made the final leap to full on thieves' guild, instead remaining a mere band of trouble-making thugs.1 Ravzee has a turbulent relationship with his brother Chuko, who runs the War Cage in Yolubilis Harbor; Chuko is renowned for his hatred of thieves, possibly as a result of his brother's choice of career.3

Ravzee and the River Talons earned a degree of respect from Kintargo's authorities for their support of the Kintargan Rebellion after the Ruby Massacre of 4716 AR, but as of 4724 AR that goodwill was quickly dwindling as his crew continues to break the law.2
